Highly Resilient Organizations Program - Technology & Chain Resilience

Ensure digital continuity by strengthening cyber resilience, cloud sovereignty, and third-party dependency controls across the full technology ecosystem. Capabilities aim to reduce business disruption risk from technical failures, ransomware events, and external service outages.

Session — Cyber Threat Exposure & Response Readiness
On April 2, Jeroen van Kesteren, CISO at the Nederlandsche Bank, will talk about how his organization contributes to strengthening the resilience of the Dutch financial sector.

Over the past year, DNB has studied the potential consequences of cyberattacks, disruption of supply chains, operational disruptions like a 72-hour power blackout, and economic and military conflicts. Each scenario examined the potential consequences for the economy, financial institutions, and DNB itself.

For the remainder of this intensive session, you will step into the dynamics of a live cyber crisis. How do attackers think? Where is your organization most exposed? And is management ready to respond at speed?

We focus on executive decision-making under pressure, minimizing business disruption and accelerating recovery.

Expect sharp insights, realistic scenarios, and practical strategies to strengthen your response capability and your leadership alignment.
