Highly Resilient Organizations Program Serie 3 - Testing, Learning & Ecosystem Strategy

Validate readiness in real conditions and integrate lessons into continuous improvement and strategic resilience planning. The focus is on crisis coordination, rapid learning loops and managing systemic external risks that impact continuity.

Session 3.3 — Strategic Dependencies & Systemic Risk
External factors like geopolitics, energy supply and infrastructure concentration shape enterprise risk. We assess how systemic disruptions cascade across industries.
