For the time being, as we are still growing, both the CISO community Nederland and the CISO platform Nederland are represented externally by the community manager and the business manager of the administrative office.

From the very beginning, Floor has been closely involved with the CISO Community and knows the dynamics of our members and partners like no one else. As project manager, she ensures that events, programs, and award processes are flawlessly organized — from planning and communication to the festive execution.   

Her strength lies in combining structure with personal attention: she safeguards processes and deadlines, while her warm and engaged style allows her to build lasting relationships. In this way, Floor makes a visible contribution to the success and growth of our community.

Eefje – Project Coordinator, Marketing & Communication

Eefje recently joined the CISO Community and places community thinking at the heart of everything she does. She coordinates the strategic development of our platform, ensuring it remains a place where knowledge sharing, interaction, and engagement are central — for both members and partners.   

With her fresh perspective, she strengthens collaborations, builds the right connections, and stimulates engagement, enabling the community to continue growing in both value and impact.
