As the digital landscape evolves at an unprecedented pace, CISOs are under increasing pressure: technology innovations occur in faster cycles but that also is for the cyber threats in those technologies.  But how do we stay in control when systems start making their own decisions? The question is no longer just how to defend—but how to innovate, adapt, and build true resilience.

On Thursday 6 November CISO Community Nederland invites you to a focused roundtable in the Bossche Boardroom in 's-Hertogenbosch. In this interactive session, Justin Broeders (departmental CISO at Ministry of Finance) and Oscar Koeroo (CISO Concern for Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport) explore the latest developments at the intersection of AI, agents, and cybersecurity.

  • Justin Broeders kicks off the session with an insightful introduction on the threats and business risks emerging from new technologies. He’ll discuss how AI and cybersecurity are becoming inseparable, and what strategic choices organizations must make as a result.
  • Oscar Koeroo then dives into the world of AI agents and multi-agent systems — where autonomous algorithms collaborate within enterprise infrastructures. Through live examples, demos, and short videos (including highlights from Black Hat 2025), he’ll explore their impact on information security, privacy, and business continuity.

We’ll conclude with an open discussion: how can your organization prepare for a future where humans and AI work side by side?

The session concludes with networking drinks. Join us to challenge assumptions, share strategies, and co-create actionable insights that strengthen your organization’s resilience in times of turbulence.
