Highly Resilient Organizations Program Serie 3 - Testing, Learning & Ecosystem Strategy

Validate readiness in real conditions and integrate lessons into continuous improvement and strategic resilience planning. The focus is on crisis coordination, rapid learning loops and managing systemic external risks that impact continuity.

Session 3.1 — Live Tabletop: Complex Incident Coordination – October 1st 2026
Capabilities only matter if they work during real incidents. We simulate a cross-functional cyber crisis to test coordination, communication and decision-making. Participants experience trade-offs between continuity, risk tolerance and recovery. Insights highlight both technical and organizational improvement areas.
